From the 9th to the 12th of November we were present at the Moldplas fair, held at the Batalha exposalão. This year the fair united the traditional mold sector with the Expo 4.0 fair dedicated to industry 4.0.

Smart Factory ProGrow Demonstrator

We took advantage of this event to show our Smart Factory for the first time, as a way to demonstrate how we can collect date from any type of equipment. In this workstation we demonstrate various types of scanning solutions, such as the use of sensors or direct integration with machine controllers.

This ability to standardize the digitization of stations allows the homogeneous monitoring of the efficiency of the factory floor. This possibility not only leads the operational teams to improve their results, but also provides a clear way of measuring the return on investment in a digitization project such as the implementation of the proGrow platform.
