The Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the processing of personal data carried out by proGrow in the context of the purposes set out herein.

1. Contact Management (Pricing and Scheduling of Demo and trial, among others) and Complaints
The processing of this data is necessary for the reception, analysis, follow-up, and response to requests for information on commercial proposals, product demonstrations, and/or complaints. This processing is based on the fulfillment of pre-contractual and contractual procedures between proGrow and the User, as well as the fulfillment of legal obligations by proGrow.
proGrow also has a chatbot available for Users to ask questions when browsing. This processing is based on proGrow's legitimate interests in improving the User's browsing experience and aiding their communication with us.

Your data will be kept for up to 2 (two) years after the last contact interaction, in the case of requests for information, and for a period of 2 (two) years, for the management of complaints.

2. Announcement of vacancies (Recruitment)

Through the "Vacancies" landing page, proGrow advertises a number of positions for recruitment and selection.

3. Newsletters

The processing of this personal data is necessary so that proGrow can provide the user with various personalized electronic communications, including newsletters. This processing is based on the consent granted by the user for this purpose, under the terms defined in the applicable legislation.

4. Satisfaction survey

The processing of this data is necessary for the user to respond to a satisfaction questionnaire drawn up by proGrow regarding their experience of using the website. This processing is based on proGrow's legitimate interest in monitoring the quality of service and improving its service.

Your data will be stored for up to one (1) year after the last contact interaction.  

We only keep your personal data for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes identified above, within the legal limits. At the end of the defined retention period, we undertake to delete, destroy or anonymize your personal data, with the exception of data that we are legally obliged to retain for a longer period.

What categories of personal data do we process?

In the context of the stated purposes, we only process data that is strictly necessary for the pursuit of those purposes, namely:

  • Browsing data (e.g. IP address, web browser version, operating system);
  • Personal identification and contact data (e.g. name, e-mail address, phone number).

proGrow does not process sensitive categories of data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, nor does it process genetic data, biometric data to unequivocally identify a person, data relating to health or data relating to a person's sex life or sexual orientation.

Who can we share your personal data with?

In certain cases, we may disclose your personal data, to the extent strictly necessary, to entities that provide services to us ("Subcontractors"), for the purposes mentioned above.

proGrow does not transfer and/or store personal data outside the European Economic Area. In the event that your personal data has to be shared with service providers located outside the European Union, proGrow will ensure that your personal data benefits from a high level of protection by promoting the transfer under an adequacy decision of the European Commission or the standard data protection clauses (or similar) approved by the European Commission.

Your data may also be communicated to authorities or third parties when the transmission is carried out within the scope of compliance with a legal and/or contractual obligation, at the request of the CNPD or other relevant supervisory authority, and/or by a court order.

Under no circumstances do we share your personal data with other companies or brands for other commercial purposes.

Under the terms of the applicable legislation, and as the holder of personal data, you may at any time request the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, restriction of processing, objection, and portability.
